DARAY's standard warranty is 12 months. However, this period may be extended for most products from 3 to 5 years free of charge by returning a completed, pre-paid registration card included with the product. Alternatively complete and submit the warranty registration form below.
Our aftercare plan has been designed to offer complete piece-of-mind for at least three years (aftercare does not include consumables).
  • Year 1 – parts and labour (return to base)
  • Year 2 – parts only
  • Year 3 – parts only
