DARAY's products come with a 12 months ‘return to manufacturer’ warranty (excluding bulbs, consumable and spare parts). However, we understand that some installed lights would be difficult to send back to us. Therefore, in the unlikely event you experience a problem with one of lights you we can arrange for one of our engineers to visit your premises to inspect the light, to minimise downtime. This service is chargeable, although any parts used would still be covered under our normal warranty terms and conditions. Our 12 months warranty may be extended for most of our lighting products from 3 to 5 years, free of charge by returning a completed, pre-paid registration card included with the product. Our aftercare plan has been designed to offer complete piece-of-mind for at least three years (aftercare does not include consumables or spare parts).
