Reflector
3 x 205mm diameter reflectors, each with many layers of specialized optical coating that filters out 90% infrared radiation (heat) from the beam and emulates daylight so that skin tones
look natural. |
Diffuser
The robust polycarbonate diffusers protect the light and give exellent shadow reduction. They also reduce infrared radiation in the projected beam and enhance the
light's appearance. |
Halogen lamp
Specifically designed for high luminosity accurate focusing and long life. |
Auto-balance suspension arm Sophisticated design permits the
lamp-head on the ceiling and wall models to move in any direction
(up to 1,600mm radius) with ease. |

Variable light-patch and intensity
The central handle, which can readily be removed for sterilizing in an autoclave, is used both to position the light and to control the diameter of the light-patch. A secondary, BioProtect® coated handle is fitted to aid steering the light patch, whilst Intensity is controlled via an electronic dimmer on the wall-mounted
power supply module. |
Double-walled housing
Ensures that the light-heads stay at a safe and low working temperature. |
